1. Balance of hire, cottage rental or pitch fees due 21 days prior to arrival.

2. No parties of unaccompanied teenagers will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. All forms of ball games are prohibited between caravans, tents and motor homes and must be played only on the playing field.

4. Free car parking of one car per caravan or tent or cottage is at owners risk, no responsibility for loss or damage of any kind will be accepted by the park owners, its agents or employees.

5. Gas fires in caravans/ tents  must be operated with adequate ventilation and  be turned off before going to bed.

6. The period of hire is from 4.00pm on due arrival date, to 10.00am on due departure date.

7. Incoming static caravan tenants are requested to arrive between 4.00pm and 5.00pm. Keys of caravans will not be handed over before 4.00pm or after 5.00pm. One key only to each caravan hired will be handed out on arrival

Incoming cottage tenants are requested to arrive between 3.00pm and 5.00pm. Keys to cottages will not be handed over before or after these times. One key per cottage hired will be handed out on arrival

8. All caravans or cottages must be vacated by 10.00am on due departure date unless prior permission is granted for a different departure time.

9. Caravans will not be reserved after 5.00pm on Saturdays unless previous notification of late arrival is given at the time the balance is forwarded prior to arrival.

10. Caravan reservations not taken up by 9.00pm on due date of arrival may be re-let at the owners sole discretion and any deposits forfeited.

11. Cancellations of caravan hire and / or non-arrivals must be notified 7 days in advance otherwise any refund (less deposit) will be forfeited.

Cancellations and/or non-arrivals for cottage hire must be notified 28 clear days in advance, otherwise full payment is due.

12. Deposits for caravans or cottages are not returnable without cancellation insurance, which is available at £10 per week, per caravan/cottage (payable with booking). For deposit refund due to cancellation for whatever reason, we must be notified at least 7 days prior to due arrival date for caravans and 28 says prior to arrival date for cottages.. (If cancellations notified less than the number of days detailed above deposit in non refundable.)

13. The owners reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason, whether expressed or otherwise.

14. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the Park.

15. Not more than 4 persons per 4 berth, or 6 persons per 6 berth, regardless of age. Any excess over the permitted number will be refused access to the caravan.

16. No lorries, trade vans or trucks are allowed to remain  in the park.

17. Occupiers of caravans tourers, tents and cottages must at all times conduct themselves with due regard to the comfort and enjoyment of others.

18.On vacating, caravans or cottages must be left clean and tidy.

19. Any breakages - including windows must be replaced or paid for - and any damage or breakages found on arrival must be reported to the office immediately.

20. The owners cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage or accident to persons or private property including private cars or motor homes, however caused.

21. The refund of an appropriate portion of the hire charge paid less deposit shall be the full discharge of any obligations by the owners to any caravan hirer or visitor of any caravan who is required to leave for any breach of the park rules or for general misbehaviour.

22. The owners reserve the right to alter charges and /or booking conditions without prior notice.

23. It is understood that anyone reserving a caravan or cottage or touring /tent/motor home pitch has read, understood and agrees to abide by the above conditions of booking.
